Facts about sugar: We all know it isn’t good for us, but it doesn’t stop us wanting a bit of sweetness in our lives. The good news is that there are all sorts of unbelievably delicious alternatives to the white stuff. By switching to dates, coconut sugar, maple syrup and fruit you get the yum as well as loads of nutrients. In the Hungry For Change post I scaremongered you with some disturbing facts about sugar. The most horrific in my opinion is the fact that sugar is more addictive than heroin and kills more people than all the drugs in the world combined. Crazy!!
