Artichokes are at their prime and loaded with nutrients. So stock up and delight your guests (or just yourself) with this super easy raw artichoke and spinach dip recipe.
Ingredients
4 cups of fresh spinach
2 cups of artichoke hearts
1 ripe avocado
1 clove of garlic
pinch of sea salt
juice of 1/2 a lemon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pretty easy really.
Serve it up on a snazzy plate with any kind of dippers that you fancy, maybe carrot sticks, asparagus, cucumber or bell peppers.
