Nature’s Path is a brand that creates USDA organic breakfast foods and baking mixes, and they are now introducing their new organic granola bars. These granola bars are not only great tasting, but they don’t contain artificial preservatives, additives, genetically modified organism (GMOs) or synthetic pesticides. Nature’s Path is also introducing smaller, more sustainable packaging this year. New and improved granola bar flavors include Mmmaple Pecan and Berry Strawberry, both excellent sources of Omega-3’s, as well as Lotta Apricotta, Sunny Hemp, Peanut Buddy, Peanut Choco, Chococonut and Pumpkin-n-Spice.
I got a chance to try the new granola bars, and my favorite is, to my surprise, Chococonut. It’s exactly what you would think – chocolate and coconut – and it’s delicious, just sweet enough to satisfy a craving. Andrew preferred the peanut versions.
