The New Year’s resolution of a lot of people, every year, is to either lose weight or to stay healthy. This giveaway is set up to help you do that! In support of the “New Year, New You, New Video Digital” promotion from New Video Digital, Focus Organic has been offered a giveaway for two winners of “Women’s Health: Total Workout in 10.”
Let us guess: You’re inundated at work, Swamped at home, and craving exercise – but you can’t spare a minute for the treadmill, much less get motivated to set an incline? Our solution? Total Workout In Ten, developed by the editors of Women’s Health Magazine.
Broken into four 10-minute sessions, this intense workout allows you to customize your burn based on your time, energy level, and target zones. Exercise for one 10-minute block or combine the routines to build a full-body workout.

- You must have an iTunes account, since this is for iTunes media. Signing up for an iTunes account is free – you do have to put your credit card or PayPal info in for future purchases, but you will not be charged unless you buy something. - Contest will run from today, January 10th, until 11 PM Central time (Midnight EST) on, Saturday January 23rd
- Winners will be chosen randomly, announced, and contacted on Sunday, January 24th
