J.Lynne Cosmetics – Natural and Cruelty Free
J.Lynne is a line of mineral makeup that is cruelty free and 100% natural. I have been exploring the world of cosmetics lately, and was pleased to be contacted by Jessica Lynne Miller, owner and creator of J.Lynne Cosmetics. With the desire to try new products, you would be surprised how hard it is to find natural products that are cruelty free.
Jess told me about their new collection, Latin Rhythms.
J.Lynne Cosmetics gives their all-natural, eco-friendly mineral makeup a unique, spicy twist with the introduction of their Latin Rhythms Mineral Blush collection. Inspired by the growing popularity of Latin ballroom dancing, these pure mineral blushes range from sheer to sultry, and have been created with J.Lynne’s trademark all-natural ingredients and skin-complimenting colors.

Those of you who have tried mineral blushes before know that less is definitely more. You only need a very little bit to make a statement, and this is also true of J.Lynne’s Latin Rhythms line. My skin is very (VERY!) pale, and my favorite color in the collection is Samba, a soft rose pink, because it gave me that just out in the cold look. All the colors are very natural, and I was surprised to find that every one of them looked good on me.
J.Lynne also carries a line of Gloss FX® Natural Lip Glaze, which are all made with natural ingredients such as sweet almond, avocado, and orange peel oils paired with beeswax and Vitamin E to moisturize your lips. As for my lips, the glazes add a hint of natural color – my lips, but better. My lips are very pigmented on their own, so others may have a different experience with these glazes.
Gloss FX® Natural Lip Glazes come in a variety of 14 different colors, while the Latin Rhythms mineral blush comes in 6 colors. Full size lip glazes are $12, samples are $2. Full size blushes are $9, samples are $1.50.
