Raw Ginger Snaps

Tis the season of vata! This means that it’s time to hunker down and spice things up. Pumpkin, ginger, cloves and cinnamon are the nutritive spices this time of year, and though it’s best to take meals warm, a raw dessert never hurt anyone ;)  

Raw Ginger Snaps

What ya need:
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of pitted dates
1 tbsp of ground ginger
1/4″ of raw vanilla bean
A pinch of Salt

What ya do:
Blend it all together in a food processor

Then roll it into little balls:

And pop em in the fridge to harden and cool :D
