Potatoes aren’t the ideal smoothie ingredient and Guinness can’t be promoted as a whole food, so we are basing the Paddy’s Day-ness of this recipe on its colour. It might be more useful as a hangover cure for the next day!
Ingredients:
2 cups ripe bananas
1 cup mango
1/2 cup strawberries
2 cups packed spinach
2 cups of ice
Any additional ingredients you may fancy maybe: goji berries, spirulina,cacao nibs, maca powder….
Blend together until smooth and enjoy!!
