I had to post this as a follow up to the breathtaking surf shots by Clark Little. Here are more stunning images but from the safety of the shore. Andes Amador creates striking patterns on beaches using a simple fine-tip stick and rakes in a process he calls Playa Painting. He has to work fast before the tide washes it away, so he gives himself 2 hours to complete each piece and record it on film. Ephemeral! And no clean up.
