Refreshing Kiwi Banana Tropical Smoothie

Even if its snowing outside, you’ll feel like you’re on an exotic island when sipping this tropical smoothie! The coconut water in this smoothie is  full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and electrolytes, making it a great choice after hot yoga or any workout during which you sweat a lot, and the kiwi, pineapple, and banana make for an incredibly tasty trio. Refreshing Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients:

12 oz. coconut water
1/2 tbsp. honey
8 kiwi, peeled and diced
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
2 frozen bananas

Instructions:

Place all ingredients into blender. Blend to combine and start sipping– before you know it, you’ll feel rejuvenated and energized!
